Using ordinary welding tools, 4 sets of welding equipment, 4 sets of welding support tools and 4 workers are needed to meet the needs of order production. We have improved the support tools through engineers, optimized the tooling arrangement and welding sequence, so that workers can load and unload materials while the welding machine is working, achieving the effect of increasing production while the machine is not stopping. The 4 sets of welding equipment were reduced to 2 sets, the four sets of welding support tools were increased to 8 sets, and the 4 workers were reduced to 2 workers.
